Membership subscriptions are payable annually and are not refundable. No offer is made through the iqps.org site and we reserve the right to reject your offer for any reason. Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change. In the event that we are unable to supply you with the goods or services you will receive a full refund.
While we try and ensure that all prices on the iqps.org site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error we shall inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel, and you have already paid for the goods or services, you will receive a full refund.

If these purchases are with one of our related companies, the name of that company shall be included in the expressions "we/us" in these Terms and Conditions.
